Horseback Riding to La Fortuna Waterfall

Riding by the border of the mountain, after a little while the road cross a gorge, called La Habana, bordering Cerro Chato mountain until we reach the end of the trail; just behind the natural waterfall, where we leave the horses and start walking down to the swimming hole, where you can swim or just rest and have a drink before hiking back up. You will see flora and fauna typical to the area, as well as an incredible panoramic view of the volcano, as an example of the rich nature that abounds in the area.

  • Duration: 3 hours.
  • Include: Transfer from any Hotel or Offices in town to our stable, entrance fee to the reserve and local guide throughout the trip.

Don Tob­as Horseback Riding

Don Tobas Horseback Riding is a tour that goes for the side hills of the Arenal Volcano, with the option to have a little closer view. Besides you’ll have the chance to enjoy a wide variety of rain forest’s animals and the overwhelming vista to Northern plains, including sometimes (when the weather is clear) the possibility to watch Nicaragua’s Lake.

Horseback Riding to the Rainforest in Manuel Antonio

This horseback riding tour is a half day, through a typical Costa Rican area called Villa Nueva, where you will have a good opportunity to see the local country side and jungle.

This excellent tour is 30 minutes driving from Quepos, and includes 1,5 hours riding, also don’t forget your bathing suit to take a swim in a beautiful waterfall on the way. For birdwatchers we recommend going in the afternoon for a better chance to see toucans and some other exotic birds.
